Are you a Made for Adventure go-getter who loves the great outdoors? From hiking to cycling, climbing and camping, do you spend your free time exploring and adventuring outside? Now how would you like to get paid to do what you love, by becoming our very first Outdoor Adventure Advisor! 

If this sounds like you, then you could be the perfect candidate that we are looking for. For the lucky person who gets the job, we will provide you with the best outdoor equipment to help pursue and review adventures outdoors, as well as a small fee to cover your expenses.

Job Specification

Job Role: Outdoor Adventure Advisor 

Location: The Outdoors 

Working Hours: Flexible

Salary: £250 and a years supply of adventure kit worth £600

Desired Skills

• A love of the great outdoors, nature, and the landscape around you. 
• Regularly take part in adventurous activities, such as: hiking, camping, climbing, cycling and water sports. 
• An understanding of using social media, to share your great activities and experiences with other potential adventurers. 

How to Apply

The application process is very simple, all you need to do is upload a photo of yourself enjoying an adventure outdoors onto Instagram using the hashtag: #mymilletsadvisor.

Terms and Conditions 

1. The promoter is Millets, JD Sports Fashion plc, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8RR, United Kingdom
2. To enter the Competition entrants must: Upload a photograph of themselves on an outdoor adventure on Instagram using the #mymilletsadvisor
3. There will be only one winner.
4. There will be no runner ups.
5. Eligibility requirements - only residents from the UK will be considered as qualifying entrants.
6. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over, except employees of Millets, JD Outdoors and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
7. Millets or JD Outdoor reserve the right to ask winners to provide proof of age. Millets or JD Outdoor reserve the right (at their sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.
8. A winner will be selected by prize draw and will be a random selection.
9. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
10. The entry must be the entrant's own original work and not defame nor breach any copyright or contain anything that could be deemed offensive.
11. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
12. The prize includes £250.00 cash, which is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner.
13. The prize includes a year's supply of adventure kit worth £600 RRP, which is non-transferable, carries no cash value and may not be substituted by the winner.
14. The photos will be shared on Millet’s website and social channels.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. Entrants agree to their entry being used for any publicity materials. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
17. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
18. Millets or JD Outdoor has the right to change, alter or suspend the competition at any time due to a change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of Millets and JD Outdoor.
19. Closing date is 12:00AM on 10th September 2021. Entrees made after this time will not be counted.
20. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
