I am a size 9.5 ish, so bought a 10 to allow for socks as I normally do when buying boots. These were nearly impossible to get on, even with laces fully undone and a shoe horn, I could not get my foot down into the boot - I am unaware of having extraordinarily large heels!
I did eventually manage it, but there's no way I'm wrestling with them like that every time I need to wear them, so have returned (not happy about the £2 return fee either...)
Either by a lower boot, of go at least a full size up.
Otherwise, they felt pretty sturdy, although the grip is more "urban" and not for mud.

Boots I ordered are of high quality, I’ve bought these before and they last a while if properly looked after. Delivery was prompt and a little before expected, would recommend to anyone to purchase from millets, it’s a totally hassle free experience.

I purchased a pair of Viper Pro boots from yourselves in June. I am a police officer where my last pair lasted me over 4 years therefore due to the durability I purchased the same pair.

Within that time I have noticed that the leather has ripped on the side which is very disappointing as I didn’t have this issue on my last pair.

I do have photographs of the tear if you wish to look into this further. I am hoping the issue is down to a bad batch and I would be very grateful if this could either be repaired or replaced.

Worse magnums i have had to date

I bought a pair of these 3 years ago and have worn them daily, covered around 15,000 miles and been through about every imaginable place.
The soles wore slick long before the edges began to go, and I've kicked a fair few doors and fences through with them on. Absolutely phenomenal, incredibly comfy, hard wearing, great shoes. So I bought them a second time round over any other shoes! Best value for money and I reccomend them too everyone!

Very comfortable, well built, and easy to walk with. Much better than the last one I had.

I bought these for my son in law for his birthday in July, he had been wearing them for a week when he started feel severe discomfort underfoot. As it transpired there were some lumps under the insole and they had scraped the skin from the sole of his foot whilst he was wearing them. I have sent numerous requests by email and enquiries forms to millers and as yet have received no satisfactory resolution. So up to now we have no wearable boots and are out of pocket too!!

I love my Magnum Viper Boots , very comfortable , keep my feet dry , stylish.

The only negative I have found is the interior
fabric inside the back of the heel tends to

These are the best Magnum boots I have owned! I have had a few pairs of Magnum over the years, & although all have been quality I was looking for a pair that weren't quite as wide toe fronted. These Viper Pro waterproof tick all the boxes. Narrower front toe, superb ankle support & very comfy for extended duty use. At the time Millets had them on offer at the best price I could find. Millets provided excellent packing with quick/secure delivery. I'm more than happy with the price, the boots & the service & will shop at Millets again

I love Magnums.

As a traffic warden walking 25,000 - 30,000 steps per day in all weathers, these boots don't last long.

I purchased the Viper Pro all leather waterproof boots in December '23 and its almost June '24 and they're split and leaking in water, dispite weekly polish and protection sadly.

Excellent boots for minimal usage, will last you years nodoubt.

Recently bought these. Jeremy at the Barnstaple store was extremely helpful. Very comfortable boot from the off. Straight into a 10mile hike over wet moorland no wearing in needed, No blisters and dry feet. Happy days!

I have owned a pair of these for 4 years now and they have been used daily to commute to and from work as a motorcycle boot in all weathers and they have been my daily duty boot put through many situations in all weather's whilst on patrol. I am going to order a new pair as mine are just starting to come apart on the seams of the ankle.

They are comfortable and have served me well and reasonable price for a well used 4yr boot!!

3rd pair of Magnum boots. Always give good performance and wear well. Used for walking and a motorcycle boot.

Best boots I have bought I have had my first pair for two haft years now get used daily walking about 5/6 miles in them and that's is them just starting to fail and let in water on my right foot only.. inside lining at the heel as well has started to come out as I take the boot off but apart from that these boots are very comfortable ones broken in. Just ordered pair number two.
