Terms and Conditions

• Once a Price Promise request has been approved we will offer you a price 10% below the price offered by the competitor. This excludes companies within the JD Sports Fashion PLC Group, and in these cases we will offer the same price as the competitor. • The product in question must be new, identical in style, specification, size and colour, and offered on the same terms.
• Our Price Promise can be claimed against any competitor in the mainland UK, including UK websites but excluding factory outlets, membership clubs, duty free shops, home shopping channels, auction sites, market stalls, private sales and liquidation (or any other "closing down" or insolvency) sales.
• The competitor store or website must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
• We must also have the product in question in stock.
• Gift vouchers are exempt.
• Typographical errors shall not apply. No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount applies. Any other retailer's price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefit for any price matched product is also excluded.
• We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.
• The price being matched must include all taxes (including VAT), postage and packing charges as applicable.
• Our Price Match Plus applies up to 7 days after purchase. Proof of purchase will be required, without exception. Any claims for purchases made in store must be made by returning to the store, with your proof of purchase.
• All Price Promise transactions are carried out at the discretion of Millets.
• We reserve the right to withdraw this Price Promise at any time.
