You have 14 days to notify us of items you would like to cancel from the time in which you receive your order and then a further 14 days to return your items to us.
The delivery charge is non-refundable except where the goods are faulty or in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations. Please be aware that due to Health & Safety at work regulations we require any used faulty goods to be in a clean condition before accepting them for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we cannot exchange or accept a return on swimwear or underwear, with the exception of faulty merchandise.
TOG24 returns
The same returns policy applies to TOG24 items, however please note that TOG24 items cannot be returned to Millets stores or via Collect+. All returns of TOG24 products must be sent directly to the supplier by post. Please make sure that you include the original Dispatch Note when returning your order.

Garmin returns
Garmin items in their original condition may be returned to Dalesman by post for a refund within 28 days of purchase. Please note that opened MapSource software and downloadable products are non-refundable. We regret that Garmin items purchased online cannot be returned to Millets stores or via Collect+.

You can return or exchange goods at any Millets store but must present your delivery note as proof of purchase. If you choose to receive a refund, the store will refund the price of the product(s) as shown on your delivery note, to the same credit/debit card that you used to purchase the goods. Alternatively, you may exchange product(s) for goods of equal value, for which you will receive a new receipt. Please note that stores cannot accept returns of TOG24 or Garmin products purchased online.
We are pleased to offer Collect+ as an easy way to return products to us. Collect+ has parcel drop off points in over 4,500 local stores, most are open early until late, 7 days a week so you can return items at a time and place that suits you.
All you need to do is visit www.collectplus.co.uk/millets where you can create a returns label for just £2.99. You will receive proof of postage, online tracking and compensation cover up to £50. Then all you need to do is simply attach the label securely to your parcel and drop it off at any shop offering Collect+ services. The shopkeeper will scan your parcel, provide you with a receipt and online tracking code to follow your parcel. Please note that TOG24 and Garmin products cannot be returned via Collect+
You can return products purchased through our website or over the phone to our Returns centre (address below). The value of the returned product(s) at the time of purchase will be refunded in full to the same credit/debit card that you used to purchase the goods.
Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your return for a refund to be processed. If you wish to receive replacement goods, please order them in the normal way via our website or our call centre. We regret that currently we are unable to exchange goods via our Returns centre.

Please note that products originally purchased from a Store can only be exchanged or refunded in a Store and cannot be returned to the Returns centre.
To return product(s) to the Returns centre, please use either the Royal Mail postal service or you may contact our customer services team on 0161 393 7060 to use our collection service. If the item is small and can be returned in the original packaging then please use the returns label attached to your delivery note.
As risk of loss or damage to the parcel is the customers responsibility until it is received by our Returns Centre, we advise that the package is sent using Royal Mail registered post, as we cannot accept liability for parcels lost in transit to us. If you would like us to collect the goods from you the following charges apply:
Items under 25kg: £8.00
Items over 25kg: £15.00
The collection charge will be deducted from your refund when we process your return.
