The good is - total shield from wind, love the sleeves and collar, there is polartec grid on the chest and while thing is quite stretchy.
The bad is - the 3 rear pockets are on a smaller side and it's hard to reach them.
I am 180cm and about 90kg athletic - had to go for XL. I've 3 of them - for my wife and son as well - so yes, recommend.
