Silk sleeping bag liners are second to none for warmth. I also use silk gloves.

Looks and feels good, and very light weight for adding to rucksack

Great as bag liners, but I bought these for comfortable sleeping during the heatwave... perfect comfort.
The side split in this is far too short I had to make the split longer so i colour hey in out easier and get the silk to lay under my head.
The liner is deceptively short, I am 162cm and if I have the liner sitting onto a pillow so its under my head my feet are right at the end, so I would imagine this being far to small for taller people
