I've come come to North Face Hedgehogs as my 'everyday' footwear. I typically get 12-18mths out of a pair before they've worn the grips out. I expect nothing less from these. Have also noticed the waterproof technology no longer claims gortex, but 'dryvent' so we'll see how they perform over time. My only criticism at the moment is their dull/boring colour, as there were no other product choices.
