This was my first sleeping bag and it was excellent! I've used it in temperatures from 10 degrees down to -4. I wouldn't recommend it at -4, as I had to have about 5 layers on to keep me warm, but I survived. This is a perfectly good 2 season bag, packs very small and baffles up well. I'm also 6ft 4 and this bag just about fits.
