after disappointments with other suppliers and size guides i tried out these ones, "built for kids" - although i'm a female adult standard slim size 8 adult size height 163 cms, i thought the "kids' fit" would work for me. A great fit over standard size 8 jeans, not at all baggy, and useful good sized pockets i can get my iPhone in - and with velcro thigh pocket fasteners. Lightweight. Probably not storm proof, but the upside is they will be easily washable and wipe-able, and quick drying. Delighted with purchase, and will go and order some more, WELL pleased with seller size description
