£7 bbq beast
Perfect
I'd like to counter the other review by saying this is one of my best ever purchases. For the price it works as a BBQ and also a portable firepit. I got it for £10 and have used it loads when camping and it can be used without leaving any mess. If you want something fancy don't moan when you buy something that's under £15
Dissappointingly not fit for purpose
I bought this as a gift for my partner and we were shocked at how poorly it worked. The item is flimsy but we trusted the material and lit a BBQ starter. The grill was tricky to put in place after lighting as the coal shelf is so shallow.
Even when the coals had dropped down, we couldn't get the grill back in safely. We worked out this was because as soon as it had heated up the whole bbq buckled and changed shape. Legs couldn't touch the floor etc. When it cooled, it reverted to sitting flat. Tried a 2nd time and the same thing happened. Other campers commented on the 'broken' BBQ!
For 7 quid this is a cracking little bbq… ok so it does warp a little when the coals are burning but put the grill in and the shape comes back had a lovely bit of grub down the allotment with it
