Online size guide suggested 18 required but I opted for 16 as I have slimmer hips. Coat is lovely colour and looks great, however the zip handwarmer(?) pockets are at awkward height being a bit low (I'm 5'7") and the flap pockets too high to comfortably put hands in. Inner cream lining is cotton like wadding and didn't feel particularly warm or luxurious. Worst thing though was the fit as even with pulling in the rear waist cords it looked shapeless and frumpy. Returned in next post.
