We love it! The tent is easy to assemble and provides lots of space inside for our camping equipment - only two of us so quite roomy so enough space for an extra person! The pod inside stays completely dry and stays warm during the night! Wonderful tent - can’t wait to use it again!
good tent but broken pole on the first use !
A good sized tent, with plenty of room. i used this for 3 people and we had more than enough space..
However, to put the tent up, the plastic poles ( 2 x long and 1 x short ) require a great deal of bending in order to get them to attach to the feet on the groundsheet. This inevitably means that i now have 1 broken plastic pole -rending the whole tent useless. And this was the first time i'd used it !
Will be having a chat with millets - not good enough ! Shame really as apart from that, the tent is perfectly fine
A good option for Scout Troops
I help out with my local Scout Group and we were looking for the best option to re-equip the group with a selection of tents. The 450XL from Vango has proved to be very versatile and has withstood all sorts of weather and muddy boots. The Scouts themselves find them very easy to erect and pack away. They are very waterproof and will easily sleep 4 teenagers with all of their gear. We eventually purchased 4 of these and another 4x Beta 350XL tents
