The Accentor Mid Boot has a breathable nubuck and mesh upper which provides comfort, support and stability. The Kinetic Fit™ Base is a removable contoured insole which provides superior support that is flexible and comfortable.
Featuring a GORE-TEX® membrane that is designed to keep rain and other moisture outside of the boot at all times, whilst allowing enough space for air to escape, keeping the boot breathable whilst highly waterproof. The compression moulded EVA midsole provides cushioning underfoot with torsional support, so your feet stay comfy within the boot with every step.
A strobel construction provides flexibility and thus enhanced comfort of the foot within the boot whilst the moulded nylon arch shank provides additional support and stability underfoot. The air cushion to the heel also provides extra stability.

Had the boots two years. Lots of tread left on the sole but the uppers are falling apart where they bend when walking. Not good value for money.
The first time I put the boots on and did up the laces one of the eyes fell off - not what I would call durable
On my third pair of these boots now, I absolutely love them, the best mid boots I have ever worn and so comfortable, lightweight and hard-wearing I've worn Merrell now for the past 32 years and never had any problems.
Purchased on 27th July wear them for a 5 mile morning dog walk. They are comfortable but unfortunately the right foot is not waterproof at all. When you buy a brand name and Gore-Tex paying around £100 you expect them to perform as advertised. Should have gone with the cheaper option and not been swayed by the sales person. Could have bought two pairs of those for the same price and they could not of performed any worse.
Most comfortable boots I've ever had and the lightest. I've just bought two more pairs for £80 each, sad to see they are being discontinued, hope they bring the next boot as light as these.
They always fit and are comfortable out of the box
Nice shoes, comfortable from the first time I put them on.
Four stars only because I feel a little "wobbly" when I walk in them as the sole in the heel is a bit rounded.
Hopefully with more use the heels will level out.
Been buying Merrells for years. Best shoe and boot for coping with my knee problem. These boots come with great fit and comfort.
My second pair of Merrell Gortex boots. First pair still in use after 12 years of service. The heart of the boots is comfort and they won't disappoint. Quality materials upper and below excellent grip . They have certainly come on over the years and it shows.
Value for money and good fit
A handsome boot
This boot is not what I expected! it is not waterproof, got wet feet on my first outing! and I especially wanted a waterproof walking boot, not worth the money , will send back if I get the chance very disappointed
The shoes seemed like good shoes, but are very narrow around the toe, had to return.
Lovely lightweight boots with a good feel at first
Leaked at the first attempt .. wet feet
Disgraceful
I purchased a pair which have worn a hole in the mesh - my Gore-Tex is now leaking. Also huge price hike???
These boots are light although the level of cushioning is modest so not especially cosy.
The real issue I had was build quality. I used mine for 9 months walking mainly around paths and short grass parkland with the dog.
In that time the waterproofing failed and the exterior showed significant wear in places.
For the price, really disappointed in these.
Lightweight, comfortable. Waterproof for the 1st few months, started leaking now. Ideal for just walking the dog local. If I'm heading to the mountains then it's scarpa for me.
I bought my boots some 6 months ago. Fitted so well and comfortable. After 4 months I kept thinking my feet were getting wet, but they couldn’t be. These boots are Gortex lined. After 6 months my feet were soaked after an hours walk!!!! The gortex had gone on both tongues and the side. I was fortunate to just get them replaced but now that I have read the reviews there is a common theme. I will need to replace them again in 6 months as they will no longer be waterproof. A weekend Walker.
Want another pair but I paid £95 from millets, now they are putting them in a sale for £120. ????
Expecting premium Merrell Goretex to last longer. After quite minimal use the upper 'leather' started tearing from the sole at the bend point on both L & R feet. This must be a standard point of stress/wear for any walking boots that Merrell should have considered. With a price point over £100 very poor.
