Bought this to replace another that had a rip. My first outing was during torrential rain and storms. It held up brilliantly to the rain, and the front porch area was vital (the other didn't have one). It was very noisy, but not much you can do to escape in this weather. It was very easy to put down, in major rain by removing the inner tent first and leave the outer as protection. So far, so good...
