HI-GEAR Deluxe Double Airbed

I read reviews and thought Give it a try it can't be that bad. Well I regret I bought hi gear deluxe double airbed as the very first night it has deflated. After first night on holiday instead of enjoying landscape I was on a research of new matress to have something to sleep on the following night. As we meant to spend a week in a van. Don't buy it the plastic is thin and air keeps going off. Save the money on better quality matress.

I have recently used this air bed for the first time, sleeping on it for 4 nights. Quick and easy to pump up, very comfortable, and stayed pumped up until I deflated it to pack up. Very happy with my choice.

not once has this airbed stayed inflated overnight - checked all the plugs and bungs - nothings helps - at the moment it deflates every 2 to 3 hours of use. I think it's heading for the bin. I will not recommend this airbed to anyone - a complete was of my time, money & sleep !

I was really pleased with this airbed. It was unbelievably comfy. Used it for a 5-day camping trip and it didn't deflate at all. Some of the bad reviews are probably because some people didnt realise you have to make sure the stopper at the pillow end is properly secured. I thought it was fantastic value for money and I slept like a log each night. Would very much recommend.

Really comfortable, and once we worked out that the valve at the pillow end had to be pushed in fully to not leak air we did not wake up with a deflated mattress :) Also, in the sale it was an absolute bargain.

Saw the reviews but bought it and idk why a lot of people had a bad experience because it is worth the money from my experience. It did deflate the first few times but after that it’s been great!

Dont be put off by previous reviews. Airbeds always need to be pumped up twice. This is because the plastic warms up and stretches when you inflate it first, so then you need to top it up. Its a misconception that they deflate due to poor quality. It also sounds like some didnt check the bungs were in securely so perhaps why they gave low reviews. Great value.

This is great snd the pump does work so all in one unit. Beware though we pumped ours up the first night and they had gone down after a few hours. There is a black bung in the opposite end which I hadn’t spotted and it wasn’t quite snapped in properly so was leaking air on both. Might be why other reviewers had trouble. So yes very pleased with them once found why leaked.

No idea why it's got such poor stars. We've had ours for years and never had an issue. Until the dog used it as a launch bad and punctured it.

Shame because it's a nice airbed and is good for the money quality wise however would not stay inflated from day one! Had to return straight away, didn't hear anything regarding refund so had to chase after a week.

Wasn't expecting much due to reviews, but good price so thought I would try it. Easy to pump up, left it for a few hours and came back to find it had deflated quite a lot :( Tried it again and I realised I hadn't pushed in the bungs tight enough. It was used for a 3 night camping trip and stayed completely inflated for the whole time, despite my 10 and 12yr old boys bouncing on it! It is really comfy, it took a few minutes to pump up but I didn't need to do it again for the rest of the trip. May be I was just lucky unlike other reviewers, but I would recommend this mattress

Bed wouldn’t stay blown up

really good product my only critique is that it does deflate slightly overnight , but considering all things good value for money
