I've been using these Torq flapjacks (variety of flavours) for years now - mainly for ultra running, occasionally cycling. Totally love them - they are quite moist and therefore easy to consume whilst on the run. Packed with calories yet not a massive bar (size or weight), unlike some flapjacks. Torq do some great flavours, this carrot cake version being delicious.
