I recently purchased 3 of these Rod Butt rests
from Millets Grimsby Store.
Could not fault the price or Delivery time as they delivered within 48 hrs.
The product is well made and of a good design.
But a large problem has arising.
They were advertised as one size which i presumed that they would be suited for
any rod.
Unfortunately they do not fit a rod with a cork butt.
They are more suited for carp type rods with just a reel seat and the rest of the butt a bare blank .
There is a video showing the rests in use.
but you have to be quick to notice the type of rod in use.
Very Disappointed.
