Osprey Women’s Fairview 40 Litre Rucksack

I spent a while researching the various options for packs of this size. I really needed something for the right size for a few days away and liked the fact that this has a side zip like a suitcase. I was sceptical about the price but I it was in a sale so not as crazy as the full price. It was love at first sight when it arrived and I really like the fact that it’s made for ladies. My only tiny issue would be the straps under the arms flap about a bit but there’d be less of that for a taller person. I’ll just have to remember to wear a longer sleeve top whilst I’m travelling to prevent any potential rubbing from the strap fabric. Overall it’s a beautiful looking pack and I cannot wait till next month when it’ll get its first proper outing.

Lovely small rucksac which is well made

I bought this for my girlfriend who was delighted! A snug fit with plenty of adjustments makes it easy to carry on the back. Handles in two locations allows easy pick up and lifting into those overhead compartments, while the suitcase style packing suited her. The whole bag has been designed and made well - I'm envious.

This is third osprey fairbiew/ farpoint I have bought. Says it all! Great weight distribution through hip belt. I carried my husbands bag for a couple of miles. I am a 60 year old woman. Did not feel weighed down at all.
