It's everything I expected and I'm satisfied, but if I could have specified the product, I'd have omitted trimming such as the fastening keeping the shoulder straps together and the strings on the back (don't know what they're for) and used the money saved to make it bigger. Also, I accidentally ordered twice-over. This was because on my first order a notice appeared on my screen to the effect that my card had not been accepted, which led me to believe that my order had failed, so I tried again. Both orders worked. Wouldn't it be better for the notice to say, "we're having difficulty with your card; please wait" or something like that. RR
