On these La Sportiva hiking boots, between the foot and the outside shell of the shoe is a Gore-Tex membrane. If the shoe has been caught in the rain, dampness begins flowing back through the membrane and into the air, which dries the shoe quick as a flash. On the outside of the shoe is a MegaGrip sole, which makes the shoe perfect for the climbing zone. In a comfortable mid-cut and with a high collar to provide full coverage to the ankle, this gives the shoe full control, offering stability for your feet. The TX4 model shoe was designed especially for technical approach routes and via ferrata and it was built to last over time thanks to the STB Control System™ that provides further structure and torsional support.
