Unfortunately, we are not able to process faulty or warranty bike returns through our warehouse. If your bike develops a fault, please take it to your nearest GO Outdoors store where we have a full workshop and trained mechanics who will be able to assist you.

We are not able to accept bike returns at any Millets stores
If you change your mind you can return your bike within 28 days of delivery for a refund to our Returns department. You may also return bikes to any GO Outdoors store (excluding Hathersage and Southport) who will return it for you free of charge. A refund will be issued once it is processed by our Returns department.
If your bike develops a fault please take it to your nearest GO Outdoors store (excluding Hathersage and Southport) where we have a full workshop and trained mechanics who will be able to assist you. If you believe there is a fault with your bike please do not send it back to our warehouse as they are unable to process or repair bikes.

"You can return your bike within 28 days of delivery or collection for a refund or exchange, this can be done by returning it to our warehouse or taking it to your nearest GO Outdoors store where it will be returned free of charge.
