For the price (on or near £1) these are a great product. I usually use Torq gels but they are (usually) more, so now and again I use SIS to save a bit of money in training. Gram for gram the carbs/calories are not as good, and the packet is quite bulky, but they go down okay. They're quite viscous so if you want something without a strong flavour they're the ones for you- taste a bit like weak squash. Very messy if you tear them wrong but more wet than sticky compared to other brands.
