Had one of the originals of this vacuum bottle and it lasted over 20 years. Eventually the chrome base rusted out and the centre of the stopper disintegrated. Araldited a coin into the stopper and continued using it, but eventually it wouldn’t keep hot overnight in the winter.
I have high hopes for this new product and I’m confident it’ll last every bit as long as the old one. How good is it? It’s supposed to keep water hot for 40 hours; it does exactly that. In short, it’s excellent. This is a quality product and won’t disappoint. Pricey; but if it lasts as long as my old one it’s very good value for money.
