I have used this...
I have used this product during very wet weather and I remained dry the whole time. This an excellent product which is value for money. I would recommend it for the job it does.

Not breathable
Great jacket for the money, however this has shocking breathability. Wore it on a bike ride and there was more water on the inside then the outside.
Guess you get what you pay for, good if you need a packable quick waterproof, just don’t do anything involving any type of activity where you’re going to get warm. Ideally suited to wear over another jacket than over a bike jersey.
