Once the refund process has started, we expect the refund to be back with you within 5 working days. This timeframe can vary according to your payment provider.

Absolutely. Although we ask for items to be returned wholly and completely (which includes the packaging), we understand that the parcel may get damaged in transit. It would be really helpful to get pictures of the damaged parcel so we can work with our carriers to improve the service. Rest assured, this does not affect your right to change your mind and return your item for a refund

If you've ordered through an instore kiosk and would like an exchange or to return an item, you will need to do this instore as we are unable to process exchanges or returns for kiosk orders via our Distribution Centre. Find your nearest store here

Your delivery charge is non-refundable except where goods are faulty, we have sent you the wrong item or you cancelled the order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If your original purchase was part of a multibuy promotion e.g. "buy one get second half price", and you have returned one item or part of the original multibuy offer, then you will be charged full price for the remaining items, which will be reflected in the amount we refund you.
