By taking part in this prize draw you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. We, Blacks Outdoor Retail Limited trading as Millets (“Millets”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. Millets and Product Global Ltd trading as Mud Daddy (“Mud Daddy”) are the promoters of this prize draw

1.What can you win? 

One winner will win 1 x 5L Mud Daddy w/ Brush Head, 1 x Mud Daddy Pre Wash Spray, 1 x Mud Daddy Microfibre Towel, 1 x Jacket of your Choice from the link provided, 1 x Trousers of your Choice from the link provided, 1 x Footwear of your Choice from the link provided, 1 x Rucksack of your Choice from the link provided (the “Prize”). The Prize is subject to availability. The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. Millets or Mud Daddy has been able to contact the winner and has been able to confirm eligibility). Millets have the right to change, alter or withdraw the Prize at any time due to a change in any applicable law or events outside the control of Millets. Millets will not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason) Millets is under no obligation to supply an alternative Prize.

2.What is excluded from the Prize? 

It is the winner’s responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize. This includes optional upgrades or aftercare costs. 

3.Who can enter? 

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and be a resident of England, Scotland or Wales. Millets reserves the right to ask the winner to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (https://www.jdplc.com/our-group/outdoor.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. Millets reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid. 

4.How to enter  

Entrants can enter the prize draw by completing the following steps:

4c. Tagging 1+ account on the competition post

No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet.

5.Closing Times  

The prize draw shall run from 19:00 12/04/2023 and shall close on the 19/04/2023 at 23:59 BST. Entries submitted after this closing time will not be valid.

6.How are winners selected? 

One winner shall be picked at random from the successful entries after the competition has closed. The decision of Millets and Mud Daddy is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (other than with the winner themselves). The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 72 hours to accept the Prize. In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize within the timescale provided, despite Millets or Mud Daddy reasonable efforts to contact them, Millets reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will be considered to have waived their right to the Prize. Due to current circumstances, the Prize may be delayed in being received and Millets have no obligation to send/make sure the Prize is received within a certain time frame.

7.Winners’ Responsibilities 

It is the winner’s responsibility to: (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the prize; (ii) complete all stages of entry; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age (v) adhere to local laws in the UK; (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the Prize organiser. Millets will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize. 

8.Personal information 

By ticking the appropriate opt-in boxes you agree that you will receive regular communication from Millets (as its affiliates). Millets will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to sign you up to marketing materials provided by Millets (and its affiliates) and to administer the promotion. We may also use your personal information to tell you about Millets (and its affiliates) products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships. You can unsubscribe at any time following the instructions contained in the promotional emails. If you do not wish to receive marketing communication from Millets (and its affiliates) please do not tick the appropriate opt-in boxes when entering the promotion. 

9.Publicity 

By taking part in this prize draw, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at Millets request if they are a winner of the prize draw. Entrants agree that Millets and Mud Daddy (or any third party nominated by Millets) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future prize draw, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent. Millets reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
