The Y and Y Triangle training board is incredibly easy to take with you on your workout, whether you’re exercising indoors or outdoors. A pair of triangular, dual-sided hangboards which provide four grip types so you can fully customise training sessions while working your way up the ranks of difficulty. The 360° system allows you to simply rotate the board to change socket type.

The Triangle boards are incredibly versatile – use them as part of your warmup with suspension and pulling exercises, working to strengthen the hands, fingers, arms and back while minimising risk of injury. Made using recycled laminate wood securely glued for maximum durability, the tool is comfortable to hold and reduces irritation on your hands.
