Not your run-of-the-mill poultry roaster, the versatile, 2-in-1 design of the Weber Gourmet BBQ System Poultry Roaster lets you prepare a crispy yet moist chicken in the centre, while your vegetables simmer around the rim.
You can fill the central liquid container to make a succulent beer can chicken, or remove it to use the entire pan for vegetables or sides.
- Roast a whole chicken using the liquid infusion cup
- Remove cup and use basket alone for roasting vegetables or other small food items
- Fits into the Gourmet BBQ System cooking grate so that it stays in place while grilling
