This chin up exercise bar can be installed into a doorway, or used on the floor for a range of multipurpose exercises, such as press ups and dips. Built from durable and strong steel with capability to accommodate a wide range of body weights, this exercise bar is highly versatile, easy to use and lightweight for no fuss transportation. Installation instructions are included as well as a basic exercise guide for all levels of users.
