This is a long-life vegetarian breakfast that's so easy to prepare anyone can do it. Just tear open the pouch, unfold the base, remove the special 'oxygen-absorber' that helps retain freshness, add a little boiling water and leave to stand for 10 minutes. What can be easier!
Ingredients include: oat flakes, milk, sugar, wheat flakes, hazelnuts, raisins, palm oil, apple and salt to provide 693 kcal of energy for a great start to the day.
