Hydro is designed to keep you hydrated during intense workouts. With just 9 calories per serving, these effervescent tablets are convenient and easy to use. Simply drop one tablet into 500ml of water and it will dissolve instantly, ready for you to drink. Hydro meets your sodium requirements at a scientifically proven concentration to deliver superior hydration compared to water alone.

Developed to keep the British Sailing team hydrated at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, Hydro replaces key electrolytes lost through sweat, preventing dehydration and fatigue during moderate to intense exercise.

Suggested Use

Consume 500ml of SiS GO Hydro 3-4 hours before your event, followed by 250-500ml in the hours leading up to it.

For shorter exercises without carbohydrate needs, consume 500ml of SiS GO Hydro per hour.

Once prepared, consume within 24 hours.

Do not consume more than 4 tablets per day.

Add 1 Hydro tablet to 500ml of water and allow it to dissolve.

Click and Collect

Select a store, and if your items are available in that store then you can pay now and collect the same day. If the item is not available in-store, we will deliver them to the store from our warehouse in 3-5 days.
You will be notified when your order is ready to collect. Please do not travel to store until you have been notified. Orders will be kept in store for 14 days before being cancelled.
