The Y and Y Rocky training board is ideal for climbers in all ability ranges, exercising indoors or outdoors. Featuring a pair of uniquely shaped, dual-sided rings, the Rocky provides five grip types so you can work your way up the levels of difficulty and optimise your workout.

The Rocky boards are incredibly versatile – use them as part of your warmup with suspension and pulling exercises, working to strengthen the hands, fingers, arms and back while minimising risk of injury. Made using recycled laminate wood securely glued for maximum durability, the tool is comfortable to hold and reduces irritation on your hands.
