Terrible Straps
Good quality product
Could use some internal division (pockets/holders) but otherwise good product.

Initially I was reasonably impressed with this pack. The zips are good and stay closed when full which is important.
An internal zipped pocket for smalls things like loose change, keys etc would have been nice.
However, the thing that has made me review this product so poorly is the material used for the straps. I'm more than a bit annoyed to have had 4 brand new t-shirts ruined by the strap edges being so rough. They have caused bag-rub on the backs of my t-shirts which are now all bobbled and will have to be thrown out. This is shocking and therefore I cannot recommend this product at all.
