Not rainproof!
Great tent in dry weather. In heavy or prolonged rain, the porch zip allows considerable water ingress into the porch. The bottom seam at the rear of the tent also seeped water. As it is not built using high tech components, the zippers and guy ropes are taking ages to dry out. I could not recommend this product for wet weather, tho it’s adequate for dry conditions, however, The black groundsheet in summer sun also gets ridiculously hot - too hot to kneel on to hook up the fly sheet inside. The price is good, but I guess you get what you pay for.
Good tent. Supplied bag is ridiculously tight
We have a number of these tents for Scouts.
They are simple enough to put up and should last a few years.
Colour coded poles.
Pegs are a bit lightweight and prone to bending.
The supplied bag is ridiculously tight and pretty much impossible for average cub or scout to be able to pack it back in. And if you dont fold it exactly it won't fit or end up with broken zippers. Vango does some 'oversize bags' which really shoul be used here as well.
Would still recommend, but just be aware that it will be a job and a half to pack away and that you should probably buy another (larger) case.

Bought this after looking at many other tents and their reviews, this seemed to satisfy exactly what I wanted, it will be used for first time next March, very pleased with purchase from Millets as always.
