Good quality cracking shoes....
Good quality cracking shoes.
Comfy but useless in cold wind, and wet/boggy conditions
Very comfortable but if it’s windy you can feel the breeze through them. Great for dry city or trail walking, but having tested them through boggy conditions for the first time today, they let water through immediately although I only stepped into water up to an inch over the sole line.
Durability and longetivity
In nearly 1 year used daily average approx 10,000 paces per day
Sides parting from sole so leaking and soles wearing out BUT very comfortable
So comfy
I always buy decent trainers from either Millets or Blacks. They last me for a couple of years of heavy usage. I have wide feet so buy mens' trainers. I'd been told by a Millets' assistant that Merrell were best for wide feet. I'd bought these & a different Merrell pair, worn them indoors at home for a couple of days. They are so comfy & the black pair ended up being work shoes instead.

Bought as a present for my partner, who loved them the moment he put them on. Very good price, fast delivery and very comfy walking shoes. Not been tried and tested in wet weather yet.
