Very disappointing
My wife and I received two mugs as Christmas gifts. Some very disappointing issues.
1. the mugs each have three stuck on labels, front, back and bottom. these are so strongly stuck on it has proved impossible to remove especially the lined metallic one used as a security/charging code. During first washing the coloured surface peeled off in places.
2. When washing, water entered the insulating cavity via the handle screw holes, which partly filled the cavity rendering the insulation ineffective - These are labelled as insulated mugs.

exactly the same issue as in Bob's review, coating comes off and water gets trapped in the "insulated" section after washing, I have requested a full refund
