I now own 2 of these. The mat is great seams good quality for the cost use it multiple times a week, it’s rather warm to sleep on so great for these colder months folds down nicely into its own storage bag. The valve is easy to use but inflating need a good set of lungs to ensure rigid firmness. All in all £18 well spent. If you can find it online it’s often cheaper think I found one for £12 with extra discounts
