I placed an order on a Sunday night for a tent by mistake and immediately cancelled it; I received an email from Millets within 15 minutes confirming that they had received my email and that their customer care team would be in touch shortly.The next day I received an order dispatch notice so I called them up and they promised to call Hermes and cancel the delivery. This was confirmed in an email from them. “Thank you for contacting the Millets Customer Care Team today. I apologise I seem to have misplaced your number. I have contacted the courier and they will return your order to sender”.Sometime afterwards I received a delivery slot notification from Hermes “We’ve got your Millets parcel and your local courier will be delivering it today. We’ll deliver your parcel between 11am and 1pm” so I called Millets again and again was assured that they would contact Hermes and cancel the delivery.I was getting a little upset by now so when I received an email saying that the package had been delivered my next call to Millets was not so polite. They apologised and promised to arrange a pick up. As I work I suggested a Saturday and the Millets operator suggested between 10am and 12 middays which I accepted. Saturday morning came and went without a pick up so I called them again and was answered by the same operator as before. He remembered my case and on checking told me that Hermes do not do weekend pickups. I was given the option of returning the package to Millets myself. I don’t drive so they offered to reimburse public transport costs and when I mentioned that I had already had one Saturday morning ruined and that this would be the second I was offered a £10 store card as compensation. This is a joke as quite frankly I do not want to go anywhere near a Millets store ever again. I said as much and the Millets operator said that he would refer it to his manager would get in contact with me as soon as possible. That was days ago now and I am still waiting.All this for a cheap tent. As far as I am concerned the hassle that this debacle has caused and the cost in calls and my lost time has already outweighed the purchase cost so I’m cutting my losses and counting it as a life lesson on who to trust.

Exactly what it should be
I have used mine at festivals, on the beach and in the garden. Looks spacious but it's not..I am 5 ft 3 and there is just enough room for me but no room for backpack or bag. Easy to assemble and pack away but have a couple of goes before you do this in public. Did alright in the rain but when you sit up your head brushes the top and water comes in.

Really simple to set up,must admit a little harder to put away.
Basically this is only a 1 person tent! You cannot get 2 single airbeds in or a double. Zips get constantly stuck too. Not a great product, very disappointing all-round!
Although the tent wasn't great, it was what I expected. I used mine at a festival which meant I was on a budget and I wanted something cheap enough that I could leave it there if I needed too which this tent I could. However It kept me dry in some light rain and popping it up and putting it away was easy, What more could I need?
Was very quick to put up but had rain all night & ventilation leaked so was dripped on all night. Also condensation was excessive. Very hard to put down. Too small for 2 man plus equipment
Really easy to pitch and comes with pegs, yet even though there was no rain at all, we both ended up sodden from condensation which formed on the inside, vents are tiny and don't open at all.
I used it a a weekend camp. No rain or wind or anything other than sunshine. The poles snapped, the seams ripped and I had to drive to the nearest shop. Bought a Vango banshee 200-absolutely brill.
We have a motor home and use this pop up tent as our storage unit and it is brill. We have experienced heavy downpours in both Keswick and luss and our items have remained bone dry we luv this unit
