Mens Peter Storm Footwear size guide

Measuring tips

Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.

Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.

Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.

Money well spent

Ive normally steered clear of cheaper walking boots and always opted for more expensive branded boots....but after my last pair, costing over £120,split at just over a year and no more than 20 wears I decided to try the Peter Storm brand....what a good decision...very very comfortable and perform as good ,if not better , than boots costing 3 times as much......5

Good value for money, bought a second pair

I walk my dog twice a day, often through long wet grass and am always looking for the perfect waterproof boot. My last pair were very expensive (from a different store) and have only lasted 2 years, so I decided to buy cheap ones and replace them more regularly if necessary. I bought these boots from the store while on special offer and have been so pleased with them that I have bought a second pair before the price went up. Only 2 months of use so far but very comfortable and dry feet. If they only last a year I will be very pleased and save a lot of money.

Good service from the staff

I have been buying these boots for many years now and have only had to return one pair and got a refund.I just wish they would change the eyelets for the laces to the metal hoop type. After only a short time they cut through the laces.Overall a good boot for the price.

Many years later

My boots have only just started let me down after over five years daily use. The stitching has failed on upper leather causing a leak otherwise still as comfortable as a pair of slippers. I will be buying another pair.

brecon men's boot

bought them winter time, and find them comfortable to wear.
my husband and i walk our dog every day by all temperatures and weather and those boots have been used in many puddles but are still waterproof. they have kept my feet warm but not too hot, and because they are leather, my feet are well protected

Nice boots for the price

Bought these for a 4 day hiking trip in the west highlands of Scotland. They were astounding quality for the price! Comfy and warm, had no problems with aches, pains or rubbing. Very sturdy and supported ankles well. Even walked through bogs and deep streams up to ankle depth with no water leakage. Very impressed!

Good boots-shame about the laces

Good for price. Grippy, comfy. Only problem: the laces wouldn't do up tight at all on the lower (closed) eyelets, so I had to tighten them before putting boot on. The laces broke after little use.

Laces lasted 3 weeks, started leaking at 4, going back

Bought on strength of early 2015 reviews.

Sadly, they must have changed (China) manufacturers.

The laces cut through within 3 weeks (only taking dog out twice a day)

Leaking on week 4.

Great boot in mud

A lot of our walking is on muddy paths and I have been looking for a boot that doesn't slide. The outsole is superb, reassuring grip in the mud.

Lacing not the smoothest, durability, wait and see.
