Bought this online, it came with a security tag attached so had to go to the shop. Worn it 3 times and the zip keeps jamming and is now stuck. Had to take off over my head. Will be seeking a replacement.

Love the pockets! ...
Love the pockets! Design is fine. Could do with a pocket for the hood to roll into.
Issues: SIZE matters! I'm a big lad (tall + wide shoulders, average weight) and wear normally XL T-shirts etc.; the size-calculator on Millets website advised me to buy an XL. It looked like I was wearing a tent. So I had to order L as well, but it still looked like a tent. I then ventured to an actual store, where I found more variety (colour) and tried the M. It fit perfectly. Jacket zip is a double zip (can be unzipped from bottom), which means it's hard to link up to initiate zip up. an annoying and unnecessary feature!

This is the 3rd...
This is the 3rd coat of this version I have bought over the years! Originally it was brilliant, warm & completely (!) waterproof, but had annoying Velcro fastenings (as well as zips!)! As it’s used for all winter dog walking it got rough use & needed replacing, mainly as the front zip broke. Version 2 was not nearly as waterproof but had popper fastenings (yayy), eventually the seams pulled apart & I began to look rather ‘unfortunate’ (I even got a free vet bill when I took one of the dogs, my wife said it was because I looked like a homeless man with a tatty coat!). Unfortunately now with coat no.3 it’s back to the irritating Velcro. Joking aside, you get what you pay for; so summing up, this coat has PLENTY of useful large pockets, fits well, nice & warm, & moderately waterproof, if you look after it you should get a good few years use, otherwise it’s probably not as well made as a top brand like Berghaus but in a sale this is good value (I’ve paid £30-35 for each one I’ve had)!

Cosy, wont need a thick fleece under this one. Size fit seems to be a bit generous, probably could have got away with a size down.

Just what I needed. Very happy to date.
Thats more like it, good old fashioned Customer Service!
After touring the high street stores last Monday, trying to find a good quality water proof topcoat, either, size or colour not available, customer service non existent, that was until my wife suggested Millets!
Walked into the store, greeted by a Sales person, who helped me choose the right coat, i loved it, a Peter Storm Parka, price was fair, so purchased. After being in Retail with our own Stores, we really appreciated the genuine help from Lee, who knew what the words, Customer Service meant!

I love Peter Storm as they are warm without bulkiness, this item was to replace the same item brought 2 years ago. My son loves this coat.
