New Scarpa Boots now very poor quality
Best boots I've ever had
I've had these boots for about 5 years. I've always had issues with boots been comfortable from the start, and these were immediately comfortable. The leather is soft. I wear them pretty much daily for very short walks but also long walks. They have lasted extremely well. Still in top condition and waterproof. I dubbin them once or twice a year. I call them my outdoor slippers. I recommend them to my friends and dread the day they wear out! My partner also has a men's pair, based on my constant praising of the boots, and also finds them very comfortable.
Best boots ever!
I have recently bought my first pair of Scarpa Terra boots, it was a panic buy as my last pair of boots started to leak a few days before I was about to walk The West Highland Way. These boots were comfort straight out of the box and remained comfortable and dry for the whole 96 miles. Not one blister or wet sock ! I have small bunion and an arthritic spur on one foot and the extra space on the toe compartment and very soft tongue meant that these boot were comfortable where other boots had pinched or rubbed.
Great boots!
Had these boots for 5 years now and they’re still going strong, as well as hiking I use daily for dog walking and feet always warm and dry. Like other reviews say, comfortable from day 1 (I walked up Ben Nevis in them just after purchase!) I wear Bridgedale socks with mine and clean with Nikwax for brown leather. Highly recommend and now looking to buy their shoe version.

These boots are expensive...
These boots are expensive but they last for years. They have some half sizes making for a perfect fit. Soft inside and comfortable yet sturdy and rugged on the outside

Absolutely fantastic and reliable...
Absolutely fantastic and reliable waterproof walking boot. This is my third pair but still have previous pairs as back up.....in fact the thought of having to throw them away hurts me ! Would recommend. Also Millets ordering and delivery would also recommend.

Worn for an 18...
Worn for an 18 mile walk didn’t have to wear in , really pleased with these boots. If it’s comfort and long mileage I would recommend these although I always go a size bigger

Sturdy but lightweight walking...
Sturdy but lightweight walking boots that are waterproof and comfortable to wear. Definitely recommend these boots and will probably buy again when these wear out.
Great when new but leather cracking a year later
I loved these boots when I bought them last year. They served me well on my daily 3/4 mile treks. But a year on, they are cracking on the inner ball of the foot and leaking. I have looked after them, washing them after each walk and g waxing them weekly. They are probably OK if you don't use them daily. But they are no good to me now.

Have always loved my Scarpa boots for being comfortable/hard wearing, last pair trekked all over the World and also country walks at home, in all weathers and perfect, had them for 15 years, Bought a new pair, after a year of just normal country walks the sole detached, went to normal repair shop who advise nothing they could do and to return to manufacturers as shouldn’t have happened, did this and Scarpa not interested, poor customer service. Approx 6 months later same happened to my husband after recommending Scarpa.. Where once Scarpa were the best, now quality very poor.ans badly made.
