Did the Pennine Way twice in Autumn and slept in a tent every night for weeks plus other camping trips. At night I change into a dry set of clothing (tracksuit) and I cannot remember a single night when I did not have to unzip the bag due to getting too hot. I had a German Army sleeping bag before this and suffered some extremely cold nights, but never with the Adventurer 300. In my opinion it is a cracking sleeping bag for the price. Below freezing I would go for a better quality 4 season one.
