It will currently take 7-10 days for your order to arrive in store and be ready for collection.

You will be notified by Email when your order is ready to be collected. A text message service is available if you provide your mobile phone number when placing your order. Currently we are unable to provide the specific date that your order will become available.
We try our very best to get things right every time but occasionally things go wrong. If they do you can rest assured that we'll do everything we can to put it right. If you haven't received a 'ready to collect' email or SMS after 10 days please contact our Customer Care team who will be happy to help.
Please do not contact our Customer Care team about the progress of your order if it is has been less than 10 days, as they will be unable to assist you.
Place your order online then collect at your convenience from your chosen collection point located within Millets stores and over 500 alternative locations nationwide.
We cannot provide collection points within any of our Airport stores or stores outside of the UK.
You cannot nominate another person to collect your order. Orders must be collected by the person who's billing information is associated with the order.
Shop our website or apps as you normally would and look out for the Click & Collect option in the Basket Page and during Checkout. You can search from over 500 collection points convenient to you using a postcode, town or city. Collection points can also be viewed on a map of the UK.
Proof of Purchase
Your confirmation email, sales receipt or text message.
A form of ID
The debit or credit card used to place your order or alternatively your passport or drivers license.
All our collection points are within Millets stores, or other stores on high streets and retail parks.
Collection times match the opening hours of individual stores.
You will receive an email telling you when your order is ready to collect. If you provided a mobile phone number during checkout you will also receive a text message notification. You will then have 14 days to collect your order, after which the order will be cancelled and sent to our Returns Department where you will be refunded.
