We cannot provide estimates for when orders will reach their destinations. This is because our responsibilty for delivery of the order ends once it received by the British Forces Post Office.

Can I cancel or change an order I have placed?
We have a small window (often a couple of hours) in which we can cancel an order, we cannot ever change an order other than to upgrade the delivery in certain circumstances.
How do I claim a price match?
Contact customer care with the details of the website where you have seen the same item for less, or alternatively visit one of our stores. If visiting a store you will need to provide proof that the item is being sold elsewhere for less. You could do this by using the internet on your mobile phone or providing a print out of the product page from the cheaper website.
