Worthing – are you ready to get outdoors?

The southern, seaside town is now home to Millets once again! We are back in Worthing to help you make the most of your life outdoors, whether that’s a stroll along the beach, commuting to work or a day out in the South Downs.

‘Worthing Millets has been in the works for well over 18months, and I am proud to say 'WE ARE BACK!'. My self and the team are very much looking forward to taking on the challenge, and making Worthing a successful, profitable store for others to aspire to. The feedback from the customers so far has been amazing and they are delighted to have us back in the town.’ Louisa, Store Manager

‘The feedback from the customers has been fantastic and it’s been lovely to hear their memories of the old shop and how much they love the new concept. The customers have waited a long time for us to return but the store looks superb and well worth the wait. Looking forward to seeing our customers again in Worthing as well as lots of new ones. Great work Team Worthing and welcome back!’ Ben Simpson, ASM

We are delighted to be in a town so close to the beautiful South Downs National Park. This area is so vast and varied it can be hard to decide which route to take. Here’s a few of our favourite trails to get you out the door.

South Downs Way

A long historical route that takes you through the entire park starting at the ancient cathedral of Winchester to the white chalky cliffs of Seven Sisters and Beachy Head at Eastbourne. There are entry points near Worthing to get you on the right track. There is so much to enjoy along this walk, whether you spend the day in the woods, geocaching along the path or head out on a few day expedition to tackle the whole route, this is a popular spot for ramblers.

Mill Hill

Bursting with wild flowers and butterflies in the spring and summer time with an outstanding view of the Adur Valley, Mill Hill is definitely worth a trip. With no steep steps or gradients, this trail is ideal for the beginners and those who are less mobile so everyone can enjoy it.

Cissbury Ring

The largest hillfort in Sussex with one of the best butterfly walks in the area. It is unique in the way it looks, full of history and offers spectacular views from every direction including Worthing, the sea and the South Downs. A perfect spot for dog walking.
