With the Instinct® 2X Solar watch, you’ll have instant access to health data including heart rate, stress, sleep and energy as well as activity insights like steps, floors climbed, calories and more. You can also monitor your performance in more detail with purpose-built modes for running, biking, golf, swimming, strength training and specific fitness activities like HIIT workouts.

The watch connects to smartphones using Bluetooth® so you never miss important notifications while you’re on the move. It also syncs your data to the Garmin Connect app so you can track your performance across multiple devices. The Tactical Edition includes several upgrades for the most serious outdoor pursuits, including a Stealth Mode, Night Vision Mode and Xero ™ Location technology.

Powerful GPS is supported by global navigation satellite systems GLONASS and Galileo for tracking in challenging environments, while ABC sensors provide a 3-axis electronic compass that measures elevation data as well as a barometer and weather monitoring.
