The Men's Eskdale II is a dedicated outdoor walking shoe with StormGrip outsole for extra stability. Modelled on a wide last, it allows freedom of movement and is comfortable and compatible with thick hiking socks. Fully waterproof and featuring a breathable membrane, the Eskdale will keep feet dry from inside and out. It has a 100% rubber compound outsole with a deep cleat profile and has a thick midsole for greater protection over all types of mountain terrain.

Strong heavy duty trainers
Could be a good walking shoe.
The upper of the Eskdale is definatly waterproof, which is exactly what you want. Unfortunately the sole of the Eskdale lets it down as it wears down very quickly, to quick. If this could be rectified the Eskdale would be very good.
Very comfy
Partner was so pleased with the fit and quality of these he had to buy another pair, especially with your generous offer, makes them a very reasonable buy.
Walking shoes
An excellent pair of everyday shoes. I am now on my second pair as the first pair were never of my feet.

I'm very pleased with these trainers, they have a strong and rugged sole which is exactly what I wanted, also a good fit and some comfortable...I would recommend these trainers.
