The adjustable peaked hood keeps your head dry and prevents water from running onto your face, while the jacket’s taped seams ensure no moisture can get through. Breathable and stretchy fabric with zipped ventilation points means that you won’t get too hot and stuffy in the jacket, even when tackling challenging trails or climbs.
Zipped side pockets help you store all of your essentials safely, while the zipped chest pocket is on hand if you have a harness or hip belt preventing access to the lower pockets. With an adjustable hem and cuffs, the Aonach lets you find the ideal fit for your outdoor adventure.

Love this jacket. Good...

The material is excellent...
The material is excellent - it looks as good as it does on the website: really mat-black with almost no sheen, and it is both windproof and waterproof. I cycled for an hour in a mizzle today and was completely dry underneath it. Only two niggles that keep this from being a 5-star rating: a) the breast pocket is far too small for a map and barely holds a modern mobile phone (6.5" + case - why do they have to be so big?); and b) the little flap that holds the hood down at the back is simple and stylish with its natty OEX graphics, but there is nothing to keep the front of the hood tidy when it is down. This detail only works when fully zipped up, which is a shame.
Love this jacket. Good top layer. Looks and feels great.
