Not only is it impenetrable, in really heavy rain, it's nice & warm too! Love the hood, as it's nice & light-weight (as is the coat itself) so it's extremely comfortable on your head.

Just received my coat in orange. Love the colour. Makes a change of the drab colours we seem to wear in UK. Very cosy walking on the seafront today on a very windy day. Good length to keep your back warm.

Great value at the sale price.

Love the jacket, it does the job of keeping me warm and dry.
But the stitching on both outside pockets has failed. I have had to stitch them up myself to prevent further damage.
Also I do find the double zip a pain to do up, over-engineered.
Lastly, the Velcro on the sleeves tends to come undone and is constantly catching the pockets.
I will wear the jacket till it falls apart, but I won’t be buying another.

Nice coat and warm, but the zip is rubbish. Took first one back as couldn't get it to work without a lot of faffing, replacement a bit better but still not easy. Hoping it gets easier with wear but shame really as otherwise a nice coat.
