The Dare 2b Women's Fluctuate Jacket gives you all-round weather protection in the outdoors. Made from a breathable, waterproof Ared 5000 coated polyester fabric it has taped seams to ensure no rain sneaks through. It is filled with high loft polyester insulation for warmth and has a polyester lining with a scrim back panel for comfort. A fixed snowskirt with gripper tape makes it ideal for mountain use. It is multi-pocketed and features a packaway hood with adjusters.

Womens Clothing size guide
Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Collar: measure around the base of the neck where the collar sits.
Chest: measure the chest at the fullest part, placing the tape close up under the arms.
Waist: measure the natural waistline.
Inside Leg: measure from the crotch to where your trouser is normally worn on the shoe.
Jacket Length: measure from the centre back of your neck to your hemline. Then length measurement will vary depending on the style.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.

Fairly represented by the images. Purchased for wildcamping adventures though I think it is designed for snow. Bought a 10 to wear over a size 8 fleece and it fits as expected. Very thoughtfully made with a skirting system to stop the wind going up your back. The hood is not attractive but can be stowed away until you're wet enough to no longer care about looks. Unfortunately does not compact down well to store, nor does it claim to. Adjustable wrists make it appear to fit better & keep out drafts. Good sleeve length on my long limbed 5' 7" frame. Nice and warm.
